Your monthly or annual invoice details every charge applied to your account during the billing period. Access all invoices under Admin > Billing > Invoices. Each invoice lists the plan name, the number of agent seats billed, any add-ons or overage charges, applicable taxes, and the total amount due. A PDF version is available for download by clicking Download PDF next to the invoice. If you believe a charge is incorrect, raise a billing dispute by clicking Dispute This Invoice — our billing team will review and respond within two business days. Tax invoices can also be forwarded directly to your accounts department via the share icon.
