Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan

You can change your subscription plan at any time from Admin > Billing > Subscription. Click Change Plan and select the tier that best fits your current team size and feature requirements. Upgrades take effect immediately — you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle. Downgrades are scheduled to begin at the start of your next billing period to avoid service disruption. If you are downgrading to a plan with fewer agent seats than you currently have active, you must deactivate the excess agents first. A confirmation email is sent once the plan change has been processed successfully.
